Important Notice About Saturday Visits and Patient Flow
First-Come, First-Served on Saturdays
Saturday visits are handled on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited provider availability and a maximum number of patients that can be seen safely each day.
Scheduling a Saturday visit reserves your place for that day. However, having a scheduled time does not mean you will be called to see the doctor at that exact time. Patient flow may depend on:
- Arrival order
- Visit type and complexity
- Provider availability
- The medical needs of patients already being seen
We appreciate your understanding and ask for your patience as we work to serve every patient as efficiently and safely as possible.
Why May Some Patients Be Called Before Me?
You may notice other patients being called before you, even if they arrived after you. This does not always mean they are being seen by the doctor first.
Some patients may be there only for quick services that do not require a full provider consultation, such as:

A note on privacy: Our front desk staff cannot share details about another patient's visit or explain why they were called. However, they are always happy to check on your status in the process and give you an update on your wait.
